Is there a way to get unlimited characters, I know you can do this by hacking with nBasePersos=number, but what if there was an easier way of doing said hack, perhaps a tutorial.

What do you mean? I dont think you can hack anything on MKPC. The only thing I know how to do is make tracks have more than 9 laps but thats something different, otherwise you cannot hack im pretty sure

Console manipulation is technically still hacking, since you alter the page's functionality through insertion or modification of codePage : 1
