it is a set of blocks which you can add to your level and create EPIC level design! (same with pipes)
Spawn, checkpoints and end
The spawn is where mario starts, the checkpoint is where mario will respawn when dying and the end is, you know what.
enemies
all sorts of enemies await! What ill you add?!
goombas, koopas and more! can you add the all?!

items
items like coins, mushrooms and fire flowers are here! There are five powerups and the 1-UP mushroom!
Platforms
perfect for parkour and platforming. switches, springs and falling platforms-and moving ones!-are the platforms.
Scenery
Scenery like trees, clouds and paintings can be added to the background of your level! See how beautiful it can be!
hazards
Add lava to your level! add those lava bubbles too! OH! And don't forget those bullet bills!

There’s also SMMWE (Super Mario Maker World engine) that’s for PC and Android. Don’t know about Linux or Mac, but do know that it has a banging soundtrack.

I actually played the game once - imo it's better than SMM2
EDIT: There's also Mario Editor, which is similar but it only uses the SMB3 Allstars style

One I know about is Super Mario Construct. Neither it nor its sequel (Yoshi's Fabrication Station) work on my chromebook because I don't have WebGL, whatever that is

Thanks for this tho, I only used Mario Editor, but I couldn't get the pipes to work. Gonna try this out whenever I can.

Thanks for this tho, I only used Mario Editor, but I couldn't get the pipes to work. Gonna try this out whenever I can.
Considering how big Multiverse is its probably gonna end up with legal trouble

There's also Super Mario Maker 4 on scratch, and there's a studio where you upload your levels with a code

I know, I know. But your comments (ALL OF THEM) are GREAT Mario Makers for PC. BUT I HAVE MARIO EDITOR.
