Leap years happen when we add one day to the end of February in order to align our calendar with the Earth's orbit.

Leap Day is also known as Bachelor's Day & Lady's Privilege day, the only day of the year that a woman can propose to a man! You can thank St. Bridgette for that one fellas. No going broke over a proposal ring that she'll just knock over a bridge by accident, you get the girl & keep the money, that's a big pay out.
Of course, it's also Bachelor's day because...well, you know. So if she said she's gonna be telling you something today...it could be wraps. Or it could be on! It's a very dramatic day.
