Nintendo cares about everything else but 3D Mario right now. What I'm trying to say is at least show a sign that it's arriving and in the works.
The Nintendo direct for Mario's 40th anniversary was 75% based on just 3D Mario... just be thankful that they haven't forgotten about the 3D Mario games. The fact that they are in the works of a movie about a 3D Mario game is enough proof to show that Nintendo still cares about the 3D Mario games.

Thank you! I'll be using GameMaker Studio, which is what Toby Fox used for both Undertale and Deltarune, so I won't code using a traditional language, but I'll upload the game when I'm done (the first Arc at least)

It's true. I sometimes have nightmares about Mario Kart Wii, my favorite Mario game. In one dream, it's about being chased by something unknown. In another, it's about a countdown for powering off the console. The most relevant events like these are in the anti-piracy videos of the game, if you want context. Super Mario 64 also has this issue with nightmares, but I don't have these ones.

You know, that Nintendo content creator had lots of negative comments about his videos and opinions. Mostly on X and YouTube, people were saying that he only cares about 3D Mario, to play more games, for him to die--That's not okay for us to talk about! If you don't agree with another's belief, don't rub it in their face like that.
