I will not explain why (because it would be too long), but 95% of your list will take some time to be implemented into the game, and also, this would be broken and destroy the balance between items. And that's only if I do not count those who'll need big sprites and special mechanics that will makes everyone loses FPS...

also if they did add all of these items, it would be impossible to play, cause every item, would be super rare, and nobody would know what stuff would do, and arcades 3 items per race system wouldn't work
