FINALLY S-RANKED ALL SOLO STAGES IN MPS TRIO CHALLENGE!!! (+ STAGE 2 AS A BONUS)
On 2023-05-26 at 18:49:18
(I probably have experience from Friday Night Funkin where you must intensively use both hands and even all fingers sometimes
)
If anyone's wondering how I held the controllers (not very comfortable but not too bad either):

I mean I kinda used the same thing to beat Peach in Tug-O'-War (Super Mario Party Challenge Road)

Bro 😭 I have trouble using two hands for one controller sometimes 💀 and you still got S-rank with that... I'm speechless

GUYS!!! A miracle just happened: I managed to S-rank the stage 2 ALONE!!!
I controlled Waluigi with my left hand and Rosalina with my right hand (not the first time I play like that
), while Wario was a CPU.
I was extremely lucky for the following reasons:
- It was my FIRST EVER attempt at S-ranking any team trio challenge stage while controlling 2 characters at once!
- In Tube It or Lose It, my teammate CPU (Wario) was about to get eliminated by the solo CPU at the end, but I reached the finish line just in time for him to survive, it was really a close call!
- During my Coconut Conk freeplay practice, I only won 10% of the time, due to the solo CPU being set to Hard! But during my run, I defeated it in the first 3 seconds!!! This is DEFINITELY my run's luckiest moment!
- Keep in mind that, due to my CPU, I could've easily lost in any of the stage minigames (except Tackle Takedown) and be forced to restart from the beginning. This lowers the probability to S-rank stage 4 alone to even below 10%!

One day I definitely have to try S-ranking stage 3 alone like this too... Maybe when I'm in perfect shape and have more free time.

Can't even get the Tug'O'War right... I don't know why but the games that include a rope are always impossible to me
It's very easy if you rotate the thumbstick with your palm or the web of your fingers, the direction doesn't even matter here
Just make sure to not push too hard and you'll be fine

I'm not currently willing to try an S-rank on stages 1 and 3 because I can't really rely on the CPU teammates (especially in stage 1) and don't have enough human friends.
But anyways, I'm still very proud for S-ranking stages 4 to 6, since they were sooo unfairly difficult (except stage 5)...
After all, you aren't given any second chances: If you lose at a minigame, you have to restart from the beginning! If you beat a minigame without perfectly meeting the requirement, you're not allowed to restart just the minigame, you have to do everything from the beginning again!
EDIT: I S-ranked stage 2 alone too, see picture at the bottom!
My opinion on all stages:

My opinion on all stages:
1: Impossible without 2 human friends because the CPUs are too dumb.
2: The easiest team challenge to S-rank alone because the CPUs don't necessarily always die, but will most likely still require lots of tries.
3: Theoretically possible to beat alone, since I already beat all 5 levels of it with the S-rank requirements in Freeplay, but while controlling 2 CHARACTERS AT ONCE! Personally not willing to try without at least one human friend because S-ranking it alone would take too much luck, time and energy.
4: Easy except for Hide and Sneak (extremely RNG based, that's where most of my attempts ended) and Archer-ival (very strict requirements so enormous amounts of concentration and accuracy required).
5: By far the easiest trio challenge stage in the entire game, and most likely how most MPS players unlocked the Peak Performer achievement. People have complained about Look Away being too RNG based but it isn't true in my opinion, there will almost always be 2 CPUs facing in the same direction which makes it relatively easy to win in 2 rounds. The hardest level in this stage is Tube It or Lose It due to a pretty strict requirement, but even then, it's not hard at all with the correct technique.
6: The hardest solo trio challenge to S-rank in my opinion and the one who took me the most attempts. The first 3 levels are easy, but the 2 last ones are HELL. You need to be extremely lucky, extremely skilled AND extremely patient at the same time in order to even have a chance to S-rank the final stage. Skewer Scurry is heavily RNG-based since the CPUs rarely make mistakes due to being set to Hard, it has the insane requirement of a 8-second time limit, and you ALSO have to be creative enough to find ways to trick the CPUs while being extremely careful to not change the direction at the wrong moment by mistake. GOOOOOOOAL!! is not only heavily RNG based again due to having all 3 CPUs set to Master, but it ALSO has the unbelievable requirement of not being allowed to take in more than 2 goals from the CPUs... It's game over if the CPUs keep shooting correctly in 3 different directions at the same time, and even when they don't, you need extreme amount of concentration and precision to move and jump correctly at the balls. Luckily the CPUs sometimes charge for too much which causes them to miss, but it's still easily the hardest challenge in the entire game.

Vos records checkpoints

MKPC Character Weight Classes

I suggest this:
Light:
Medium:
Heavy:
This way each type has an equal amount of characters just like in MKWii!
I personally plan to use this distribution for my upcoming Mario Kart series.

1600 messages (DNR old useless topic)
On 2023-05-19 at 05:28:45
And I had 5000 more messages at the beginning of the month... 🙃
On the forum I used to consult during my MKPC account's deletion, having 2K-3K messages is fairly common, there were even a few members with over 10K messages, and the top active members have over 100K messages xDIt's not just because it's a more active forum, but also because it has a category that allows spamming...

Fun fact: Having battle arena cups was at first rejected because Wargor found it too weird but later changed his mind
