Bonjour à tous,
le mois dernier, j'ai ressorti un ancien tournoi populaire de sa tombe: le MKPC Tournament 7! Le tournoi a été un énorme succès, et c'est en toute logique qu'il revient pour une saison 8!
Le règlement n'a pas beaucoup changé depuis la dernière fois:
1.1-le tournoi opposera un nombre strict d'entre 8 et 12 joueurs.
1.2-ces places seront donnés en priorité aux joueurs actifs ayant un niveau correct.
2.1-en fonction du nombre de joueurs inscrits, le format du tournoi changera:
2.2.1-8 joueurs: un format à élimination directe avec des quart-de-finales, des demi-finales, et une finale, avec un match pour la 3ème place.
2.2.2-entre 9 et 11 joueurs: un format à élimination directe avec au départ un tour préliminaire qui opposera les joueurs les plus faibles, suivit des quart-de-finales, des demi-finales, et une finale, avec un match pour la 3ème place.
2.2.3-12 joueurs: un format divisera les 12 joueurs en 4 groupes de 3, avec 2 places par groupe pour les quart-de-finales, suivit des demi-finales et de la finale, avec un match pour la 3ème place.
3.1-peut importe le format, un match opposera les joueurs participants en 1 contre 1.
3.2-un match se joue en 1 contre 1 sur un serveur privé, en mode amical (donc pas de perte ou de gain de points en ligne). Le match dure 10 minutes. Dans le match, chaque course gagnée donne 1 point.
3.3-A la fin des 10 minutes, si une course est toujours en cours, la course doit se finir.
3.4.1-si à la fin d'un match, il n'y a aucun vainqueur (donc un match nul), une course supplémentaire doit être jouée.
3.4.2-la règle 3.4.1 ne s'applique pas si c'est un match de la phase de groupe.
4-avant le commencement du tournoi, un tirage au sort aura lieu pour distribuer tout les participants. Dans tout les format, les meilleurs joueurs inscrits ne pourront pas se rencontrer dés le 1er tour, et si besoin, seront exemptés de jouer le tour préliminaire (si il y en a un).
5-Interdiction de changer de personnage durant un match.
Bien évidemment, un tournoi ne peut avoir lieu sans récompenses. Chaque participant aura droit à un certain nombre de points en fonction de sa performance:
Champion: 2000 points en ligne + 1 rôle inédit sur le serveur Discord du jeu.
Finaliste: 1500 points.
3ème: 1000 points.
4ème: 750 points.
5ème et 6ème: 500 points.
7ème et 8ème: 300 points.
9ème à 12ème: 200 points

last month, I have taken a popular tournament back from the grave: the MKPC Tournament 7! The tournament was a huge success, and it's totally logical there will be a new season.
The rules have not changed that much since last time:
1.1-the tournament will set a strict number between 8 and 12 players.
1.2-these places will be given in priority to active players with a correct level.
2.1-Depending on the number of players entered, the format of the tournament will change:
2.2.1-8 players: a direct elimination format with quarterfinals, semi-finals, and a final, with a match for the 3rd place.
2.2.2-between 9 and 11 players: a direct elimination format which start with a preliminary round that will oppose the weakest players, followed by quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a final, with a match for the 3rd place.
2.2.3-12 players: the format will divide the 12 players into 4 groups of 3, with 2 places per group for the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final, with a match for the 3rd place.
3.1-regardless of the format, a match will oppose the participating players in 1-on-1.
3.2-a match is played in 1 on 1 on a private server, in friendly mode (so no loss or gain of points online). The match lasts 10 minutes. In the game, each race won gives 1 point.
3.3-At the end of the 10 minutes, if a race is still in progress, the race must end.
3.4.1-If at the end of a match there is no winner (so a draw), an additional race must be played.
3.4.2-Rule 3.4.1 does not apply if it is a group game.
4-before the tournament begins, a random draw will be held to distribute all participants. In all formats, the best registered players will not be able to meet on the first round, and if necessary, will be exempted from playing the preliminary round (if there is one).
5-Prohibition on changing characters during a game.
Of course, a tournament cannot take place without rewards. Each participant will receive a number of points based on their performance:
Champion: 2000 points en ligne + 1 unique role on MKPC Official Discord server.
Finalist: 1500 points.
3rd: 1000 points.
4th: 750 points.
5th and 6th: 500 points.
7th and 8th: 300 points.

Let´s add the feather! It allow you to go over walls!
Isn't there a thing in this game that SMK doesn't? Checkpoints?I can confirm MKPC use checkpoints, so the feather can be useless in most tracks. And the actual way walls are created in complete mode can also trap unaware players...
