Je pense que non, avant il y avoit un joueur (dont je n'ai pas retrouvé le nom) qui est resté au classement mondial pendant au moins 2 ans, jusqu'à que la limite des 9999 points soit brisée.

Hi everyone, I started playing this game a few days ago and I'm really liking it. I used to play this with my cousing on the SNES when I was just a little kid and it brings up great memories! So thanks to the good people who made this website.
I have an issue though. I'd like to climb up the leaderboard for the Time Trials, but everyone else just seems to drive soo much faster!! I don't understand why this is. I've been honing my craft, but I can't even get close to top 20. When I look at some of these ghosts, they're not even driving well at all, but their kart just moves way faster.
Can anyone explain to me what's going on here?

Something that tickles me hard is that you're ranked 7th worldwide in Time Trial mode but ask why people are way faster than you? I mean, 7th ranked you should be fast as a duck.

Until now, our project is to finish the Wikia in french before starting the translation, but the project was stopped to the lack of interest...

If translating the entire website is too difficult then we could translate only the most important pages!
This would create a problem: when you navigate on the website, you are either in french or english mode. If you are in a third mode langage and try to access a page not translated, in which mode should you go? It will either broke or be very weird to see.

You have a cool idea but Link is right: it's not one of our priorities right now.
More, if we were to translate the website and the game into another language, it would likely be spanish, as another well spoken language in the world. Sadly, spanish speakers (except Aluigi) are not active in the community, so it's not worth it to translate into spanish... My argument also works with dutch or greek.

What I don't understand is why people never read the rules even though I asked it 1000 times.
To clarify the situation to anyone who would read this topic, here we go:
At the beginning, YOU registered for the tournament, so you were supposed to agree to all the rules and anything related to the tournament, before registering.
Secondo, the rules said that if we get 12 players (we are 15, and 15>12) the first round of the tournament will be a group stage.
The group stage divided the 15 of us into 5 groups of 3 players each. Each one of us have 2 games to play, one against each of the other players in our group. The goal is to make the most points out of it to have the highest rank possible.
A win gives you 2 points.
A tie gives you 1 point.
A loss gives you 0 point.
At the end of the group stage, we will rank all players in each group, based on the number of points they gathered. In each group:
-if you end 1st, you qualify for the knockout stage.
-if you end 2nd, you need to be one of the 3 best results as a 2nd rank to qualify for the knockout stage.
-if you end 3rd, you don't qualify for the knockout stage. This means that (obviously, you are eliminated.
Now, let's check your groups results:

3-ThePlayer 0-7 ByoT
Now, we know the results, we can give points and make the ranking accordingly to the rules:
