Item-142608: An item that only works on the player who created the 142608th MKPC account. It acts as 20 blue shells in a row and you have a 1% chance of getting it in last place. If the player who created the 142608th MKPC account is not in the race, then it acts as 20 blue shells towards you. Only obtainable in online race.
Edit: I forgot to say that the each blue shell comes right after the other's hitstun ends

I knew that they just put the pow block for the item boxes (not the item the people made like @Nodac64 and everyone else) if u heard rumbling sounds in grand prix or vs race it was the pow block like I said before the pow block just got added to the items they just brung it back it was from Mario kart wii
The 
POW Block was officially added in Mario Kart PC on September 28th 2024 which is almost a year ago.However, back then the POW Block was a very buggy item and many changes had to be done. Thus, it had to be removed from the standard item distributions because it was not suited for the game yet. Over the months, the POW Block has stayed available exclusively for custom item distributions but has recieved many changes.
Finally, in the last update that was released here, the POW Block was added back in the standard item distributions because every bugs have been fixed and the item is now suitable for online races.

another reason why i quit lounge is because of the fucking shitty talk that they be saying.
You literally always drop after one race, wasting the time of everybody else in the link. You can't get mad at people getting annoyed by your own selfish behaviour.

not trying to side with anyone here, but they do swear/cuss a lot on there.
I don't really like that sort of language, but I still play either way.
What Mapno4, Kernell and Invu have said is entirely correct and for the 3-4 lounges he tried, he was always AFK after just a few races, even gave up and started AFKing the first lounge he did because he considered himself as "too unskilled compared to the other players" who HE KNEW had way more skill and experience than him.
Lounge is indeed the competitive side of Mario Kart PC, but like in any other Mario Kart game, it's also the part of the community that is really willing to see newer players improve to become one of the best players in the game.
