My suggestion is for SNES track to have the original 5 laps like they do in Super Mario Kart. Online races and even offline races on some of those tracks are very short and most of the time are under a minute. It would also be extremely easy to implement.
I'd rather not have more laps of Choco Island 2 and Koopa Beach 2 also time trial reset bla bla bla
I think we should add a semi-offroad where you slow down a little bit but not as much as regular offroad. This semi-offroad should be able to let you try to do a boost at first but after 1-2 seconds it should cut off the boost. This might help with future problems where people cant decide whether one part should be plain terrain or off-road.
Some more variation would be much appreciated
You can already boost through offroad, you just need good timing, but it could be useful for easier tracks so not a bad suggestion.
I imagine this offroad being driftable, so it could lead to some more interesting track design

- Add in the Boo, Crazy 7, Cape Feather(probably would be useful to dodge a blue shell), Super Horn?(probably not going to work).

Boo - probably op and redundant since
already fills the role of mid place dodge item but only item here that could realistically work

Super Horn - Again, 1st place dodge item would make the game incredibly unbalanced. It's also a 'melee item' which is going to work terribly with how laggy online is
What about Actually custom items? You could do it like the characters, make the sprites, and just say what the item does.

I'm assuming you're talking locally which is just not feasible. Who's even going to gather 4 people around a keyboard? If you have 4 people it's likely you have more than enough devices to play online together anyways
Idk if it has already been suggested because i didn't read all 17 pages of suggestions, but, as someone who mainly uses quick mode to make tracks, I think it needs more options like custom backgrounds, decors, and music or lap overrides. Also, custom quick mode tiles. Imagine being able to make your own tiles and make a track out of those. (I guess if you play on a pc you can just copy images and do this type of think with complete mode, but I play on mobile, so I can't copy images...) or custom boost panel and trick ramp designs. Or other things like sections in quick mode (which would probably need a larger quick mode area) I may update this sometime later when I get more ideas.
Automatic translations on forum messages. I only speak English, so when I see a post in French or some other language, I have to put it into Google translate if I want to know what they are saying. It's just an inconvenience that I want fixed.

Sorry buddy but just use Complete Mode if you want everything customisable. The whole point of Quick Mode is that it's very simplistic.
As for the translator, would be nice but not sure how easy it is to implement

How would this even work?
1. add all mk sequel tracks
2. add the awarded track/cup/multicup tab (complete mode only, bcz qm are pretty much all the same btw)
3. add the mktv button on the home page to edit your replays(including community tracks) to turn into clips with stunning effects (they can be cut, copyable and shared) and if someone hacked in the tt then the mktv vid will be deleted

Het probleem met meer talen toevoegen is dat het ook elke update bijgehouden moet worden. Sinds Wargor (bijna) de enige programmeur is kan hij makkelijk Engels en Frans bijhouden, waardoor het ook de enige twee talen hier zijn. Braziliaanse vlag voor Portugees is crazy btw je beseft hopelijk wel dat Portugal een land is 😭

What Custom Item Sprites would do is you would be able to make (For example) a Blue Shell Yellow, or for Custom Multicups such as SourMusic Kart, you could reskin the Green Shell as a Lime and the Red Shell as a Lemon just like in the real SourMusic Kart Hack.
A Custom Item Sprite would work similar to custom Decors and you would upload them the same way like Decors.
A Custom Lakitu Sprite would be helpful for custom Multicups such as Super Baldy Kart.

Did anyone mention that Battle Mode needs a rework? The CPUs only target you and nobody else. Plus You can't get other people's Balloons if you hit them with a Mushroom.

I think implementing gliders would be awesome. That'd be the next step to me, considering it'd be pretty hard to represent antigrav on a flat map. Maybe even add 3DS tracks to the Grand Prix to showcase them?
We've said this like a bazillion times already. Wargor isn't gonna add more base game tracks. Gliders would be very hard to add due to the game being 2D instead of 3D. However, Gliders might be added to MKPC 3D (Which won't be out for another 2 Years or so).

In MK8 they have that thing in VS mode where you chose the CPU Difficulty, the cc, and also how many races there are, and what order to go in. (In order, Random, Chose.) I think we should have those 2 things, so we don't get tired on trying to pick another course forever and ever. We can add how many races there are to make sure if there is an "In order", it does not repeat. Also viewing results on VS might sound fun.

I second Custom Items. I have lots of Custom and Silly Item Sprites I want to use.

I have another Suggestion. Could we change the Grid size from 6X6 to 8X8? 6X6 feels too cramped.
And no, I can't just use CM because I can't make 10X10 QM Styled Tracks in CM.

Can we add Split Starting Points? It would make Certain Courses easier to make.
For an example, this course has 2 Starting Points. 4 Racers start on the left, the other 4 start on the Right. The only way to achieve this is having the Starting Line somewhere random, then a Teleporter would Teleport 4 Racers to one Starting Point, and the other 4 to somewhere Else.
