What do you use to make your complete tracks?

I use either MS paint or plan on making a complete mode track by building a quick mode track, but instead of publishing it, I screenshot it and bring it into complete mode

Paint 3D and Pixel Studio. Paint 3D's an impressive way to turn a 3D course in Mariokart into a 2D map, if the model you have isn't a MK8 course (self explanatory). Pixel Studio's great for— you guessed it, pixel art. It's great for editing MKPC sprites and making new ones from templates.

If you are making tracks, then why aren't you publishing them? Yk, you could publish the tracks, then they appear on their profile, they can be rated, they can be time trialed, etc.
...I don't know... I do have a link for YoshiKart PC on my profile-- wait, I forgot to link it again.

Terrible, just terribly bad, SNES Rainbow Road is very boring, it's just a plain old track with not many obstacles to it. 
Bro, SNES Rainbow Road is my favorite track.

Okay this will be brutal, but erasing traces of a mistake won't undo the mistake, and like it's nothing serious ?? It just feels like you don't want to admit you were wrong, when in reality it's not a bad thing to be wrong ! (Well depends of what is the wrong thing because sometimes it's about really serious things)
I DID admit I was wrong on this topic and I don't like looking at a mistake to keep it in the past. Deleting the message doesn't change the fact I did it, and I understand that. After all, who expects perfection from everything?

If the nintendo 3ds has an internet browser and you use internet browsers to play mkpc, then mkpc is playable on a 3ds
Not necessarily. MKPC Forum works fine, but certain things like Reactions, Direct Messages, and the general game do not work at all.
