MK8 is a pretty obscure game for Mario Kart, I don't remember them being there.
They are. You get a stamp if you complete a cup for the first time or get a new time trial record

I just got a stamp in MK8 for getting a new record (for once) on Moo Moo Meadows.

It is definitely the moo moo stamp because it was on moo moo meadows, pure guesswork
I kinda miss stamps and wish they were in 8 Deluxe, just to check out on the main menu, but on Wii U, you could post them to MiiVerse (useless now unless you have Pretendo), on Switch they could have been used as stamps for Time Trial records and Grand Prix completion.

New way to report people
1. Look at the bottom right corner of your screen, make sure it says "connected"
2. Go to "members area"
3. Click the name of a moderator/admin
4. Click "chat"
5. Report by telling them who to ban and for what reason (must contain evidence)

Basically the thing people mostly care about for the Switch 2 reveal is the MK9 footage, and it's wearing out. We need more info about the game. Like more tracks or better character designs. The direct being in April is too far.
Thought it was February, if it is, than it's in two days! Let's just see.
