The city itself is in Europe, but Russia is in both continents. For Turkey, Istanbul is in Europe, but Ankara is in Asia.

Don't use MS Paint or any drawing website. Sure it's easier to use but also a lot lower in quality.
I would highly suggest using paint.net. Most other track creators use it so you'll get the most help there.
FireAlpaca is another great program and it's what I personally use.
Other programs possibly good for creating tracks:
(Keep in mind I haven't tried them myself nor do I know anyone who uses them for tracks)
Gimp
Krita (Can be installed on Chromebook)
MediBang
Procreate (Mobile/Tablet only, paid)
Be aware that just because you have a decent program, you won't magically poop out masterful tracks. You should absolutely mess around in the program first and get somewhat familiar with the features before you make a track. Making custom tracks also isn't a quick process, art takes time.

We all know about all these MKPC unique mechanics, and of course they are nice. But a problem followed to MK7 tracks is: the lack of gliders D: So my suggestion is to add gliders (or those other Mario Kart World wing things just like y'all added the rails) that allow the karts to sore through the air. If possible, add the gliding thing to the cannons too.
I feel like people should know by now that these topics are pointless. There's already an official update suggestion topic.
This idea itself is so overused it's ridiculous. It's not gonna happen.

Vehicle Customization should be added imo bc it could add the 36 karts from Mario Kart DS and maybe make some original karts made up by the developers. I think vehicle customization would be cool. Tell me your thoughts!

I've tried it, it could work and has, but I'm noticeably picky, and would prefer handmade ones. Noclip also doesn't have the Tour or World tracks.
