It's called rubber-banding, it's in every Mario Kart game.
It exists so that you don't frontrun the entire race, because that would be boring.

But I do remember having the top spot on my online thing in MK7 Maka Wuhu. I don't know if that's local, random, people with times close to mine, or whatever, but I had top spot on there. Heck, I didn't even use Metal Mario or the B-Dasher. I used Wiggler on the Barrel Train.

I'd say my favorite is definitely Bowser Castle 3.

This isn't limited to Mario games. You can say whatever game you think is your favorite...ever.

EARTHBOUND

EarthBound is very quirky, but quirky in a good way. It takes place on a not-Earth, with not-America, or Eagleland, and various other places too. Its Humor is one of its strong points, getting laughs out of pretty much everyone. And, people still seem to be finding out new stuff about the game every time they play. That's just magical. In addition, EarthBound's Battles are unique, and use scrolling numbers. because of that, if you mash through the dialogue, you can save yourself from dieing from an otherwise lethal attack. But, I mean, who would mash through EarthBound's text? The game's not all sunshine and lollipops, though. The game can go to some dark places every now and then. Especially at the end of the game. Though I won't spoil you.
Though yeah, go check EarthBound out.

9. Mario Kart Tour
...how do you guys LIKE this game?
-It has microtransactions
-You can't play the character you like/want to play without gambling
-he game is HELL to control
-It's all luck-based in every way
-There are SO MANY bad and bland clones
-It's barely even a Mario Kart

8. Mario Kart 64
Look, I know you guys all love this game, but honestly this game is just a mess. Half of the tracks are bland, the CPU's rubber banding is a bit too good, the Mini-Turbo just doesn't feel satisfying to land, and Rainbow Road, the one everyone loves, is way too f*cking long to even be considered a good time.

7. Mario Kart: Super Circuit
I haven't played this one, but I don't think it's THAT bad.

6. Super Mario Kart
The one that started it all. It's a little slippery for my liking.

5. Mario Kart 8/8 Deluxe
My opinion's honestly the same for this one. Both are just kinda average.

4. Mario Kart 7
It has Wario Shipyard.
And literally nothing else good.

In all seriousness, I like the game.

1. Mario Kart: Double Dash
I got a bucket of pitchforks and torches if ya want 'em, people.
OK, in all seriousness, I love this game. It's the fastest of the Mario Karts, blazing through every unique and fun track, using 2 people per kart.
And this was only the 4th game in the series, somehow.
The Special Items are really fun, and the double item mechanic adds strategy to the game. On the topic of strategy, this Mario Kart is one of the only ones in the series to be more skill-based than anything. You say the game sucks because you're bad at it? Learn to get good. The game is brutal, especially in Grand Prix, so actually knowing how to f*cking play the game is crucial.
And I don't know how to end this.

I've completely lost interest in trying to keep up with this topic, and I hoped that this topic would just die...

That's...no. That's not how this works, dude.

I have removed Dasha Dog and added back Super Evil Cowboy Hat Casino Depressed Mr. L with an Orange Bandana and Blue-Grey Shoes and no life with a big Stache and comfy Pants, because there was actually a rule in place that you couldn't remove that one and you could only add to it. However, nobody listened to that rule. In fact, nobody probably even read the first message of the topic, even though THAT'S the one with the current roster on it!

I don't see what you're trying to convey with this message because frankly, I don't care if you don't participate. This is supposed to be very simple, but if you can't be bothered to read the first message, I couldn't care less.

Look at the first message in the topic. That message shows the current list of characters. You can only remove from the current list.

There is no Link on the list right now.

Samus isn't on the roster, which means Senko-San was never added, which means Diamond Jimin was never added.

Please read the first message before you post something here; it has the current roster you can take from and I WILL update it whenever I can.
