4 crotchet beats in a bar(in this case), to be more precise. Also, Piranha Plant Cove is in 6/8, and Thwomp Ruins 12/8. There might be others, too. But I'm not gonna look for 'em lol.

Same, but apparently it doesn't. Mind you, time signatures can be simplified/rounded down just like fractions with other notes, so you could say 3/2 and not technically be wrong. Music is weird.

THE PAL VERSION OF THE WAVE 4 TRAILER DOESN'T HAVE PREFIXES
Maybe that's just a region thing. Do the Waves 1-3 trailers have prefixes too? It could be an easy screw up, since most of the fans know the retros, & could easily assume everything else is a Tour track.

Fun fact there are actually only 2 paldean forms for pokemon in gen 9 that have the same name as their original forms all the other ones have different names also these 2 are wooper 
and tauros (ok this one could be 3 if you count its 3 breeds but I don’t)

EG Kanto Megas in XY, Kanto Forms in SM(Gen 6 & 7),
Johto Evos & Forms in Legends Arceus, Sinnoh already had a ton of Johto Evos in BDSP & Paldean Evos in SV (Gen 8 & 9).
Gen 10 may have a ton of Hoenn....

On the topic of Yoshi, Nintendo has been giving Yoshi themed Mario Kart tracks music that doesn't fit.
N64 Yoshi Valley: 1/5 This song fits Moo Moo Farm better.
GBA Yoshi Desert: 1/5 Just a generic desert theme. Nothing special about it.
GCN Yoshi Circuit: 2/5 I had to give this one an extra point because, to be fair, all GCN Circuit tracks share this theme, so I couldn't say it doesn't sound like a Yoshi song.
DS Yoshi Falls: 1/5 This sounds more like a DK Track to me.
DS Yoshi Falls (MKWII): 1/5 Changed absolutely nothing.
N64 Yoshi Valley (MK8/DX): 1/5 still sounds too farm-like.
GCN Yoshi Circuit (MK8/DX): 2/5 Only GCN Circuit in this game (So far), but they did try to make it sound Yoshi-Themed.
Let's hope the datamined Yoshi's Island track has a good track.
The older games shared songs bc console limitations, you can't blame them.
ANd Yoshi Falls sounds like a Yoshi song, if they raised the pitch a bit it would be better.
And the remakes don't change the song, just the instrumentation.
And Yoshi Desert is gas, fight me
