Actually, your scenario can technically allow you to choose either the chinese or american flag:
-you can represent the United States because you lived nearly all your life there, and also because you have american citizenship.
-the second case, which could be solved by a debate between us admins is about if you can represent China. You clearly stated that both of your parents are chinese people, and they moved to USA while you where relatively young. Despite being two chinese parents, you weren't granted chinese citizenship. So your ability to represent China in future tournaments is possible if you ask us admins to debate about your eligibility or not!

It is immature that they do it but at the same time it is confusing; Let's say that by chance someone pretends to be from Latin America and a user from one of those countries is going to speak to him in Spanish thinking that he also speaks the same language
Another example: As it is also confusing because if they lie about being from another country they do not take into account the different time zones and then someone can lie that he is French and you see him connected to what in France it would be 3am.
I never lie about which country I am, I admit that my country is garbage but I prefer to say it that pretend that I am from another country about which I know nothing

Your country is not "garbage". Sure, times are hard to live in Venezuela (economical crisis, "dictator" in power etc), but your country is more than that : it's a culture and history you must be proud of, because it defines from where you come from and a part of yourself in your history, and your culture.
Even though you came from a "bad" country, be proud of what you are and your culture. Don't let people ashame you.
If I go your way, I can bash my own country for it's colonization period, but instead I will focus on the good points France can offer to the world.
If people focus on the negative aspects we can't progress...

Hello dear people of MKPC, I do hope you pass a great day on our game.
For those who still don't know yet, I'm the one behind the possibility to proudly represents your country, Ryubix.
And this idea came on MKPC to show us the diversity MKPC reached after 10 years of existence... By showing the nationality of every player, to see which countries and cultures we have touched... It's better represented in the MKPC Pro League and other official events.
All of this with the goal to make recurrent statistics to see which countries are best or more popular in our game.
But here the problem : since some months, many players started lying and put the wrong flags in their profile. Usually, it's because teenagers are in mode "yeah I don't like I country I want to be someone else", or just wanted a "better flag".
If at first it was innocent and not a problem in itself, it started to gets annoying and ridiculous when it was possible to freely change his own flag and username freely leading to nearly EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY started lying abou their countries.
Seriously, since when the top 2 worldwide came from Mongolia ? Since when half of the top players came from Africa ? Why are people who can only speak french are from countries without any relation with either France or Canada ?
Not only it show the ridicoulous mentality of this community, but only it's giving us a weird image from people coming from official game's communities, such as MKCentral, MKBoards etc...
It also interfere way too much with national statistics... Countries with no players are currently leading the countries internal world ranking because 2 people lied about coming from there ! Also, let's mention these kind of people have a unique characteristic in which they magically have a different nationality every 2 weeks, like if they where Agent 47.
I'm doing this because I find it dumb to see that much of irresponsibility in the community, with hopes people will better respect their countries...

For me, MK7 is a good game, with interesting content, but fall in the bottom of MK games because the game also lacks unmissable content (Waluigi, VS in solo mode), which is too bad...

If you are 10 and under, please don't cause trouble or Lie to us Old people, or a Staff Member it doesn't do you any good it justs causes us to be stressed cause we have to put up with this,

I will rank them on how I like each of these regions, and if I could live there if I had the chance. I will do this like a tier list. Notice regions in the same tier are listed in alphabetical order.

-Galar (only if stadiums can also be used for football/soccer)
A tier:

-Hoenn (part of the "Pokémon Nation"
-Kalos
-Sinnoh (part of the "Pokémon Nation"
B tier:
-Johto (part of the "Pokémon Nation"
-Kanto (part of the "Pokémon Nation"

-Unova ("Unys" in french)

We Need More Battle Modes

Its getting Kinda Repetitive playing balloon battle over and over again. We need Some More Battle Modes.
Like Coin Runners! And We have coins In the Game but its only Used In Challenges. Why not use Them As A New Mode?
What About Shine Theft, In that Mode There Is One Shine Sprite When Someone Collects It, everyone Will go after u Trying To Hit that Player. If u Get hit, u will Drop the Shine and It can then Be picked Up By Someone Else. If u Hold On to the Shine For Long Enough(for A Certain Amount of Time), You Win!
Also It'll Be Cool If we can Have BOSSES! itll Be a Cool Addition! Although it May Not Happen.
Another Idea I Have for A Battle Mode is A Mode Called Capture The Egg. (its Similar to "Capture The Flag" It Is Pretty Simple, Each Team has A Basket (Or Base Of Some Sort) Which is Marked By Teams Colored Flag And The Goal is To Steal Your Opponents Eggs And Take It Back To Your Teams Base. how ever if you Get Hit you loose your Egg and u have to get another One! and the End Of the Match A Score System will show How Many Eggs Each Team Got, the Team With The Most Eggs In their Bucket WINS!
I don't think We need Bob-omb Blast Because Its Basically Already In the Game If u Set the Items To Bombs Only. so that's Fine.
These Are My Ideas. I'm Pretty Sure Capture The Egg is Not gonna Be added Because Its Gonna Be a lot of Work! But I Kind of Expect Coin Runners And Shine Thief to Be added Soon.

To be honest, coin runners seems to be a cool idea to add to the game. And you're right, we have the coins, so it's a step already made towards this potential new mode!
Shine Theft might be impossible to play, following the "item spam" you can have on MKPC. Another reason are the small arenas and the difficulty to stand 20 seconds against opponents with multiples shells, bob-ombs, and other destructive items that can too easily hit you.
I would say the same for Boss Battles. It's maybe too hard to implement because you need to program a whole patern for each one, depending on either health and scenarios etc.
And despite the fact I like the idea, I'l also against Capture The Egg, which would be either too easy or too hard. Because of the small arenas, capturing the opposite egg can probably either always conclude in a capture (since a good drifter can you do the map in 5s) or either will never ends in a capture if everyone spams shells, bananas, etc.
But thank you for sharing your creative ideas for our game, it's much appreciated.
