Ok, we discussed with the admins, and the council is more against the idea submitting the game to speedrun.com.
Why? It's because we fear that if we do that it would be a period then people would quickly stop doing speedruns...
But we though of an idea (please don't take this as it will be 100% what's coming it's still in debate): doing a poll to try a similar page on MKPC. If the poll and the page gets enough popular support over time, it might be a permanent add to MKPC.

We dont want Nintendo to Kill The Site...
1. Comment Nintendo tuerait-il le site ? Ils n'ont aucun pouvoir dessus.
2. Pourquoi le ferait-il ? Ca nous briserait le coeur, et ça ne les avancerait à rien.
3. Enfin, je pense qu'il y a très peu de chances que ça se produise. Ce serait débile de la part de Nintendo, et ça n'avantagerait personne.
1. Justement, c'est ce qu'on appelle le droit d'auteur. Si Nintendo décide de porter plainte contre MKPC, MKPC devra être supprimé pour éviter des troubles avec Nintendo.
2. Car ils veulent beaucoup trop protéger leur patrimoine intellectuel. Pokémon Uranium, l'un des fangames les plus réussis de tout les temps, à été quasiment éradiqué d'internet sous la pression de Nintendo. L'EVO 2020 de Smash Bros a été forcé de s'annuler car le seul moyen pour les joueurs de jouer en ligne à Super Smash Bros Melee était d'utiliser un hack suédois qui permettait de jouer en ligne au jeu! Les équipes participants à la Splatoon World Cup quelques temps plus tard avaient changés leurs noms en noms de certains joueurs pour apporter leur soutien. Résultat: Nintendo annule aussi ce tournoi!
3.Même si cela n'a peu de chances de se produire, Nintendo tien à tout prix à protéger son patrimoine culturel. Et légalement ils sont dans leur droit... Nintendo n'a pas l'air de comprendre que ces fangames sont la preuve d'une communauté dévouée. Au lieu d'encourager leurs fans à être créatifs avec leurs licences, ils tuent cette créativité. Ils nous voient comme des machines qui achète, jouent, et achète les nouveaux jeux. C'est pour ça qu'ils essaient de tuer les quelques jeux encore en vie comme Super Smash Bros Melee, car ils veulent qu'on ne se focus que sur Ultimate, et une fois le prochain Smash Bros sera sorti, ils vont tuer Ultimate...

MKPC is a fangame, and we all know how Nintendo LOVES fangames... R.I.P. Pokémon Uranium, R.I.P. the Super Smash Bros Melee competitive fanbase, etc...

Yeah, there aren't any Mario Kart fangames on speedrun.com, but did Wargor credit Nintendo when he/she used the track images?
Oh yes he did! It's just that in the past we discontinued a popular demand to put MKPC on mobile phones via Apple Store or Play Store.
We are actually debating with other admins, I will give further explanation in the upcoming days!

It's a possibility, but we deleted many "Oof" characters in the past. These "weak" (in the way they are created) custom characters where used in many ways that disturbed online races, so the staff started to work against the affluent wave of poorly made custom characters.
Nah, this is a Daisy reskin, and that's not weak at all. I was beaten several times by Oof users in the past. If it was intended to be weak, people simply wouldn't use it.

Cela fait plaisir de voir un ancien joueur actif revenir parmi nous sur le site! Mais je suis également ravi de voir que tu t'en sors bien dans ce que tu aimes, et ça c'est une bonne chose!

Sadly, to my knowledge, MKPC is only playable with a keyboard and a mouse.
I might be wrong, since I might remember someone who tried to play with a controller in the past. I don't remember if it was a success or not. :S

As Ahmad explained earlier, these are known are "tags" and are used represent your rattachment to an official competitive team.
There are two kinds of competitive teams on MKPC.
First, you have the competitive teams in official tracks, competing in the MKPC Pro League, created by me in early 2020, and have played 2 seasons since it's creation. Following the end of the MK(O) Pro League's season, this league will come back in the upcoming weeks!
During season 2, the teams where:
Elite Squad (ES), Senko Nation (SN), Celestial Guardians (CG), Upgrade (UP) and Red Bull Racing (RBR).
And second, you have the competitive teams in custom tracks, competing in the MK(O) Pro League, and managed by Urban. The season we got to see recently was the opening one.
Notice that since both leagues plays in alternance, you can switch up teams! You can play for one official tracks team, then one custom tracks team in alternance!

Actually, your scenario can technically allow you to choose either the chinese or american flag:
-you can represent the United States because you lived nearly all your life there, and also because you have american citizenship.
-the second case, which could be solved by a debate between us admins is about if you can represent China. You clearly stated that both of your parents are chinese people, and they moved to USA while you where relatively young. Despite being two chinese parents, you weren't granted chinese citizenship. So your ability to represent China in future tournaments is possible if you ask us admins to debate about your eligibility or not!
No, My Biological parents never went to America, I was Adopted by Americans and brought over that way. Well Actually here is what happened, When I was 1month my Mother ethier left me or they had an Earthquake and they both died, Sadly ethier way I ended up in an Orphanage until I was two years of age, then I got adopted and came over to America and I been in America ever since I was 2
