Nobody cares about what he thinks, he got verbally warned multiple times and he should know that it's wrong.
I say ban him for three reasons:
1. People have worked hard on those tracks and the audacity to steal them as if they are his own tracks is beyond me. No crediting is also bad because it shows the lack of care for the creator's work.
2. If stealing tracks is not taken action soon enough in MKPC, there will be Ashton copycats that steal tracks as well. If he is banned, the MKPC community then know what happens and that stealing tracks is wrong.
3. With Ashton and others stealing tracks this leaves the real creator of the track is not happy that it was stolen and then this escalates further.
MKPC is meant to be a safe and friendly site for Mario Kart fans, not a site were people argue about who stole who's track. Though I haven't been in the MKPC community for long, I know as much as to not steal tracks. (sorry for the long message)

J'fais ce topic en vite fait pour rappeler certaines choses.
Les topics et messages:
Les topics trolls et tout moi ça me dérange pas, ça fait rire de temps en temps mais parfois y'en a ils abusent. J'pense pas que ce soit bannable ou motif d'avertissement mais dosez quand même mdrr. Y'a autre chose, ceux qui font revivre des topics qui sont morts depuis je sais pas combien de temps: vous êtes chiant. Je sais même pas comment vous trouvez ces topics, refaites-en un de topic du même sujet ou allez voir le créateur du topic si le sujet vous intéresse... Remonter des vieux topics c'est juste malaisant pour certains et peut aussi amener à la confusion.
Les messages, mettre plusieurs messages à la suite: c'est chiant, mettez tout en un message, ça vous coûte quoi? Quand vous voyez que certains de vos messages sont effacés c'est moi qui passe derrière pour fusionner les messages et effacer le reste. Les seuls moments ou il devrait avoir un double / triple message de votre part c'est quand vous mettez à jour le topic (si c'est le votre) et vous avez besoin de poster un message pour le remonter un peu ou avec un UP.
Le online:
Le chat online la semaine est bourré d'abrutis qui balance des insultes graves ou raciste ou autre trucs de merde. Si vous voyez des gens comme ça en online: n'hésitez pas à les signaler en prenant un screen. De toute façon je le verrais quand même si il y'a eu de la merde dans le chat online. Aussi: le traffic de points / trolling en online est interdit.
Les défis:
Ahhhh, j'vais pas être gentil. Je vous rappelle que "Finir le circuit": ce n'est pas un défi. Me demander d'aller sur une zone et il n'y a aucune explication de quoi faire ou même où est la zone: c'est chiant. Un défi sur un circuit à peine lisible ou avec des checkpoints complètement buggé: c'est pas fun. Re-partager un défi sans y apporter aucune modification alors qu'il à été refusé pour une raison: ça me saoule, mais vraiment. Il y a beaucoup d'autres trucs comme ça, je demande pas quelque chose de gros, juste faites des défis qui ont du sens sur des circuits pas buggés. Je dis tout ça parce que je suis validateur de défis et voir des défis de ce type ça va aller 2; 3 fois ensuite j'serais saoulé. Les défis arrivent par cinquantaine des moments, sur les 50: 30 ou 40% des défis seront ce que j'ai cité plus haut. À partir de maintenant je refuserais les défis de ce type, même chose pour les défis trop facile. Même la RNG j'en ai pas parlé, pour moi ça peut passer mais sa reste chiant surtout que nous, les validateurs, on ne sait pas vraiment quelle difficulté attribuer à un défi RNG.
Différence Serveur Discord et Forum:
J'en ai parlé en vite fait sur Discord mais le type de communauté entre les deux est vraiment différent, le Discord les membres âgé de 12ans et moins ne peuvent pas y accéder en revanche le forum tout le monde y à accès, gardez les blagues un peu borderline sur Discord et autres sur Discord. Sur le forum le comportement doit rester clean. Les insultes sont autorisées sur le forum, n'allez pas plus loin que ça je rappelle que le forum est ouvert à tous y compris les plus jeûnes.
Sur le discord je tiens à rappeler que nous sommes tous différents, on à tous un certain degré de tolérance, si quelqu'un n'aime pas votre type de blague juste arrêtez car l'excuse du "Second degré" marche pas.
Les dramas:
Depuis la nouvelle vague de modérateurs, les dramas ont énormément baissé, ça fait plaisir.
Je tiens tout de même à rappeler que les dramas / embrouilles se forment avec l'égo. Si la discussion prend pas forcément une bonne tournure, arrêtez de répondre, c'est le meilleur moyen d'éviter un drama. Au pire allez voir la personne en message privé et réglez vos affaires en privé, pas sur le forum, ça génère des tensions inutiles... Déjà que le drama c'est surement crée à partir de rien, on va pas en rajouter. Aller voir un modérateur / admin marche aussi, on est là aussi pour gérer ce genre de situation.

Troll topics to me are fine, it can make people laugh from time to time but sometimes some of y'all are just taking it too far. I don't think it's bannable or even warnable but c'mon lmao. Something else, to people that revive topics that are dead long ago: you are annoying. I don't even know how do you find those topics, like just re-do one about the same subject or go DM the owner of the topic if you're still interessed by the topic... Up-ing old topics can make some people really uncomfortable or even confuse others.
About messages, putting multiple messages in one time is annoying, just put everything in one message, it costs nothing to do so or even edit the first message. If you see some of your messages deleted it's because i saw the multiple post and merged all of them by editing the first message of the multi-post. Only time there should be multi-post is when you want to revive a little your recent topic because people didn't saw it (Don't abuse it) or when you updated something after some time and want to let know about it.
Online:
During the week the online chat can be filled with idiots that insult everybody even if you nothing to them, you're free to report and mute them and even if you don't i'll see who is being an asshole toward others and ban them. Also other reminder: trolling / point tradding in online is forbidden.
Challenges:
Ahhhh, i'm not gonna be nice. Little reminder that "Finish the track" isn't a challenge. Asking the player to reach a zone and there's no explaining about it or anything: it's annoying. A challenge on a track that makes no sense or with bugged checkpoints: isn't fun. Re-share a challenge without editing it if it was refused by challenge validators: annoys me a lot, really. There's lot of other things like that, not even asking for much, just make challenges that make sense on tracks that aren't buggy asf. It's the same for challenges that are way too easy. I'm saying all of that because i myself am a challenge validator on top of being moderator, seeing that kind of challenge twice or thrice is fine but imagine if i get only that, it just gets super annoying. Challenges come by a lot sometimes, we can get up to 50 challenges in a day, if i decide to rush and do all of them, there will for sure be 30 or 40% of them that will be like i said a little earlier. From now on i'll be harsher when it come to challenges. DM-ing a mod or admin also works, we're here for that kind of things as well.
