I mean I would kind of understand, but I know that sick as hell means that it is cool.
It is just a thing that wouldn't make sense in other languages, maybe he translated to french and that makes it come over harsh.

Just don't use the Wii Wheel/Nunchuck if shaking is akward (yes you do need a ccp or gc controller but that would be fine if you have a gamecube)
Also, the physics are not bad. The game might be unbalanced, but that is what makes it fun for me. (I like using weird vehicles as well as Funky Flamerunner/Bowser Bike)
