New Years Resolutions are stupid, there is no set time to reflect on who you are and what you might improve in your actions or even in you, as a person. Evolving as an individual and growing up from your mistakes is something you can do at any time, not only on January 1st to "start off the year".
Also most of the time these resolutions don't even last more than 10 days, so I'd rather become a better person, one day at a time, like PrimeTime said

I haven't been very active on the forum lately, but I'm sure I contributed this year to some of the problems you mentioned, especially the bringing-myself-down type of messages...
Not gonna lie, Iprobably certainly said some things purely to get comforting responses, but that's because I've always been so deprived of love, attention, validation, respect, etc. my entire life that sometimes I forget to restrain myself on the internet and that it doesn't mean that just because I'm anonymous it's ok for me to say whatever I feel like saying.
I'm genuinely sorry, I promise to stop it
I swear to keep all of my self-confidence issues and mental battles for myself alone from now on

Ah, but sometimes you need comfort, and that's not a problem. But what I'm talking about is people who don't really feel that bad and only try to get people to say that it's not a big deal and that it's okay. Otherwise, yes smometimes, you feel weak, and you need others to praise you, to validate your actions, and to comfort you, and that's okay.

MKPC phases that you should not go through (speaking by experience)
I'm one hell of a dude so I think I might share my personal experience about the phases that I've gone through that are... not recommended xd
"minimod phase"
Trying to call out a member when you feel like what they're doing is wrong is not necessarily minimodding. Minimodding is all those messages that I used to send back in 2022/early 2023 :
Most of those messages do not even bring anything to the table. In fact, people who do the things that the messages I've quoted above criticize, tend to see that as nagging (it is nagging... in a form) and just want to tell you to fuck off and leave them alone.
If anything, you could report the situation to a true moderator (Kapterion, Nudgy, Ahmad, Max...) since they will likely know better as to how to handle the situation. Minimodding is not the most toxic behavior, but it's something to truly avoid, because when you get labeled as a minimod, your reputation takes a blow, and it's very hard to get rid of that label even when it's been months since you've stopped minimodding.
"x is better" - "comparison phase"
Comparison is just very toxic, and this time especially to yourself. If you are repeatedly comparing people's skills in lounge, track creation, behavior etc. to yours, you are ruining your self confidence and creating an extremely unhealthy relationship with yourself.
Examples :
Yes, yes, there is always someone that seems perfect in a domain, there is always someone better than you in a domain. But maybe that these people are weaker in a domain where you, on the other hand, excels.
So please stop overthinking about how you lost a lounge by 4 points, or how about your new track doesn't look as good as the one that your neighbor released. Because yes, your results cannot always be perfect, and yes, all the hard work in the world is sometimes not enough to outdo other people's skills.
There is always better or worse than you in a domain ; and people's skills are not homogeneous. Don't look for the best, look for the best that you can do. Sometimes people have facilities and automatically get more. If you don't make the best track in the TBC, it's not a big deal. What you should focus on is the quality of it compared to your own standards. Do everything for yourself and for your own satisfaction, and life will become much easier. Don't work out to get pretty abs and impress people, do it to be healthy and feel good in your body. Don't do a really good presentation to satisfy the teacher, do it to be proud of your hard work.
Also, don't compare people's 10% to your 99%. What they show is not always the entirety of what they are.
"i'm such a shitty person. i'm so sorry to be such a burden to y'all" phase
Never bring yourself down for something that doesn't matter. Again, it destroys your self confidence and it makes you feel horrible. In truth, if your apology sounds like the one I put in the description (and I used to apologize like that too), it only sounds like you are deliberately whining out to seek attention and get people to make a pity party for you. Example :
Not only will people tell you that it's okay and then it really looks like you were seeking for comments like "it's okay", "don't worry", "No you're so kind", but it's also a really embarrassing behavior when you overdo it. With apologies, less means more. If you come to someone and tell them "I would like to express my deepest apologies to the person that my actions have hurt deeply, and I will have a reunion with my own soul to punish the terrible errors that me, as a mere person on this planet, has committed", you just sound ridiculous.
Sometimes saying "I didn't mean to do that, thank you for telling me, I'll be careful next time, sorry" is more than enough.
And yes, mistakes make you progress as a person and evolve as an individual. You'll eventually make them at certain points in your life, and the best thing you can do is learn from them.
"advocating for someone" phase
I could not count the amount of times I've done an acceptance essay about the lgbtq community, and today I find it quite ridiculous. For the simple reason that in every group, and in every world, there will always be dickheads, and addressing it over and over just annoys the said people more, resulting in them spilling even more hate as you and as other people as they go. So please. Just let people be shitty haters, and do what you feel is good. Be yourself. And don't bring it up to other's faces when not needed. Because... it's just unnecessary. Be proud of who you are if you're not hurting anyone and if you're not an asshole, and please don't try to seek validation and acceptance from others, since you will never fully get it (at least likely)

Haven't you noticed ? He is purposely ignoring every message calling him out. He only cares about people helping for Spheal Kart, which people did. But when he started to be way too demanding and unpolite with the people that helped him, it resulted in them actually calling him out one by one, which meant they wouldn't be as superproductive as they were 2 days ago. So he decides to ignore that and keep people's focus on the tasks he gives them, but people are not bee workers and are smart enough to see that this is going right into a wall.
