5. Adding gliders we don’t need gliders because that would be a custom model for every character, you can just use cannons, and they wouldn’t be in the base game tracks

If only it were that simple
It would be very complicated to code, complicated to have the sprites, complicated to apply that to the game, it would break the retro effect of the game, and then it's honestly useless

Gliding doesn't make sense on a 2D plane, it's not happening. You'd have to make your own fangame if you want it.

Cannons are perfectly fine in the game. The glider and. Canons are the same. they both boost you to a certain area, right? Plus what other people said gliders make no sense with 2d characters! So I dont get why people just keep arguing over a silly glider we won't have gliders and that is final!

Wow holy shit that's like so fucking cool, a n d ? This ain't scratch, the hell do you know about how easy that would be? And additionally how compatible with the game's current state that would be? Be at least a little grateful. These requests spam the forum literally every time someone joins it and this is bullshit reasoning to add insult to injury. And to actually gaslight Wargor for not making a feature that simply wouldn't work (and I presume you didn't really think about how so) is just... not very good of you to do. There actually needs to be like an FAQ for this game because holy shit there are so many of the same things asked for over and over again. But anyway, no. We are not getting gliders, just think about how that feature would be incompatible with the game. Besides - a slight inconvenience with cannons is NO reason to plead for this. If you really MUST not use cannons, make a really high boost ramp.
Now then, I doubt you've read all this, but TL;DR: Gliders wouldn't work in this game and the reasons you've asked for them don't make sense.

But is this even Scratch ? Because what we can also do in Scratch is having anything being able to talk and make a sound on its own, walk around by itself? Are you gonna ask for a bear walking on a beach promenade on MKPC ? Are you gonna ask for an app where you have to draw the sprite of something, yet that app is inside the site ? Nah. Be grateful. When I first arrived here, there were only SNES and GBA tracks (yes I arrived around March actually) and the DS tracks only arrived in April. Now we've got a background editor, 3D like functions, custom item distributions etc. This game is supposed to be a PC version of SMK with a retro feel and now it has its own community and everything that goes along ! It's literally everything we could ask for ! Gliders shouldn't be here at all. On a 2D game...
