Just for your information this was coded by only ONE person (sometimes he got help but still), and this person is @Wargor, also for MKWii check Angel121 remake, for MK8 the collab created by Toad64 (even if not finished rn)

Electric - Osc-Omb

If we can have several characters in several roles as you just said, there will be Max, Senko ig, and maybe MisterCoolSkin LOL (you determine the roles you want and the teams too)
You can have a Max of 2 roles, 1 Gym Leader/Elite 4 role and 1 anime/fanfic role. Also, would you like to be a Normal or Bug type specialist (types of Malahieuden Snorlax)?

in this case Easy and Medium is for you, even Difficult can be easy sometimes, also you can train or learn some techniques to become better at the game
2. Add CC for GP.
almost everybody plays on 150cc, maybe 2/3 persons on 200cc, but the rest nobody plays it, also how would it works with the unlock system
3. Add a CPU Difficulty in GP to Make it Fair. At Least Medium and Difficult.
The thing is, Difficult IS the difficulty of GP mode, and again how would unlock system would work
4. Make QM 8X8.

Idk how to any coding or modding ( except in Mario Kart ) so I’m asking everybody here if it’s possible to have MKPC on switch and if it is then how.
Yeah there's probably a way. You'll have to mod your switch to have an internet browser which I don't even know is possible
I know modding you’re switch to have a browser is possible but idk how to do it and even if it works how will the controls work if you’re racing?
since mkpc have a controller support I think you can do something, but yeah i'm not sure
