Most of MK8's courses wouldn't work because of antigravity, which I assume they couldn't get to work on mobile. They would be severely downgraded and some courses like Mario Circuit and Dragon Driftway just wouldn't work at all.
Also, I see no reason why Nintendo needs to continue Tour, because there's one thing you forgot to consider. Nintendo doesn't want to continue making tours for another few years. It already takes up a lot of their time (I would assume) and once Wave 6 comes out all of Tour's nitros will be permanently playable in MK8DX. A lot of the community dislikes or hates MKT and it's not exactly a "big money maker" like you said (I mean it's literally free to play lol and if anyone is getting the in-game purchases what the hell are they doing)

Though the Only Thing is, Wii U Courses Like MK Stadium, Toad Harbor, Excitebike Arena, Hyrule Circuit, and Animal Crossing Could Work in TOUR. But Like You and I said, Mario Kart TOUR Consumes Most of Nintendo's Time.
Excitebike and Hyrule Circuit, yes. Toad Harbour has antigrav on the walls but that could be removed. Mario Kart Stadium, though, wouldn't work without major changes and they would need 16 variants of Animal Crossing, even if the track layout is fine.
Why Would Animal Crossing Need 16 Variants? It only Has Spring, Summer, Fall, And Winter.

What I'm tired of is how these topics feel about as common as the dramas, and yet nothing happens. Maybe I just aren't as active (considering most of what I do is make tracks and shitpost), but it really isn't as bad as you make it out. But yes, we do need new mods, the issue is that Wargor and other higherups aren't seeing this, so it's virtually pointless.

tu sais, déjà que des fois le jeu peut manquer d'équilibrage dans la probabilité des items, là avec 3 items en plus tout serait à refaire, en plus :
- Pour la plume si ça te permet de skip n'importe quel mur ça deviendrait overpowered
- Pour le POW c'est non, ne demande pas pourquoi, juste non
- Pour le Boo limite ça serait le plus legit des 3, et il y a quand même ce même problème d'équilibrage, en plus avec l'invisibilité ça pertuberait encore plus le mode online, et si tu rajoutes ça avec le lag, c'est un non catégorique

La plume est à mettre en mode bataille car là y a pas de risque de triche

Le boo srx c'est pas tellement compliqué à programmer par contre en online c'est peut être limite mais ça reste faisable si on complexifie pas trop le coté fantôme ( genre faire un boo qui vole pas mais juste invisible c'est ok easy )
pour le boo je ne parlais même pas du code (sachant que Wargor lui même avait dit une fois que sur certaines choses c'est compliqué d'ajouter des trucs sans en casser d'autres), et quand je parlais du mode online je parlais justement de l'invisibilité, imagine tu te crois 3 mais quelqu'un en boo te dépasse sur la ligne, déjà que les problèmes de lag pouvaient déjà créer des problèmes de compréhension, alors là au secours, sinon pour le vol d'item tu peux déjà perdre hyper facilement des items (étoile/méga/bill/shock/chute) donc bon faut se calmer
