As someone who has been at home for the past year out of school, I thank him for making things a little interesting. Calling my days "monotonous" is an understatement. The thing is, how often do people actually get banned on average, say, every month or so? One person every once in awhile isn't horrendous, or anything. It'd be nice to hear the statistic first hand

Anyway, the pyramids were just meant to showcase the "all around the globe" aspect.
And then they're aren't many pyramids in the "city" part of Cairo, so it'd pretty much be a desert only if they just focused on them. We really don't need any more baggers at this point.

1: Rome Avanti
This city, respectfully, sucks. It's better Paris & that's it. Since it's too easy for this Wave, it's first.
2: GCN Mushroom Bridge/DS Airship Fortress
THere's two ways to go about this:
A) Like he said(copium), Moonview Highway could have switched with a Nitro track. If so, Mushroom Bridge could go here, since we're fresh out of GCN tracks that aren't spider webs or beta versions of DK Summit.
B) Moonview Highway could have switched with Mushroom Bridge itself, leaving only one OBVIOUS GCN track left. This makes more sense, personally. The only reason they would've swapped a nitro out PERMANENTLY for Moonview Highway was if it was also a traffic course, and there's no chance in hell that that's the case. With Mushroom bridge? Easy, beneficial switch. So a filler retro.
3: Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline: Not sure where you got Pipe Plaza from, this track already has both name & theme. It gets shoehorned in bc Tour, & it's a banger.
4: Tour Piranha Plant Cove.
It's not that another nitro got swapped with Moonview. It's that there was never another nitro to begin with. Cove goes here.

Spiny Cup
1: Madrid.
Every building on Tour's page is a famous place. A SPECIFIC famous place. Meanwhile neither of the pyramids in can be identified from that screen.  Again, it was just to fill out space + globetrotting.
2: Dino Dino Jungle
Like I said, only have spider webs & beta DK Summit left, it's a no brainer.
3: SNES Bowser Castle 3
Penultimate course must go to Bowser. It's also the OG game, so it does seem like a final throwback would be cool.
4: Wii Rainbow Road
The only Rainbow Road fit to end the pass. GBA is being saved for the final Tour in Tour, DS is underwhelming, & the other one is a massive spiderweb.

Anyway, Sunset Wilds. Not for any reason, but because GBA tracks suck. All of 'em. That's kinda what happens when you try to remodel something flat into 3D for the first time. They got better at it, but with 0 experience back then, it's the worst. Still better than the original, somehow, but I know somebody is gonna have an issue with that
Same for Sky Garden & all the rest to be honest.

Yes, Piranha Plant Pipeline is the baby. And Piranha Plant Slide IS dark INSIDE the pipes, just like here, because that's how darkness works. The outside looks like Koopa Cape.
I also think it'd be cool to assume that this track is also nearby Koopa Cape(& Rock Rock Mountain maybe) in location, with the giant pipes all over the place underwater.

That's almost 100% out now. Otherwise they would've saved  Moonview. Why would they put Bridge in the final Wave instead of this one then?

Through "deductive reasoning", we can conclude without much doubt that Madrid & Wii Rainbow Road are locks as well.

One of the Double Dash Jungles(DK Mountain or Dino Dino Jungle)
And one anomaly.

I mean, Koopas are Koopas, Kamek is kinda close to them. There aren't any other dinosaurs nearby her, atleast. Still, you're free to believe whatever.
