Honestly, just make your own fangame. It's hard to do but then you can put everything you want in it.

You guys are thinking about the triple items thing wrong. The only reason that there are triples of certain items is because they're fairly weak already so it's fine. It wouldn't work for stronger items.

There's nothing to hate. Hate is a strong word. For example, I'm not fond of the bosses, but they're fine.
But anyway, it's literally the best 2D Mario game, ever. What else is there to say? Mario 3D World in 2D, which is what it is, easily clears everything else ever.

Sunset Wilds. Dogshit track from a dogshit game. At least SNES MC3 has a better layout.

How do you guys make your tracks so detailed? Like the grass & track & all that. Not asking about decors. Really asking people like Lely, Max, Starl, RHacks, etc

Pretty sure we went over this already, but ICYMI:
They're really different because the GBA tracks were 2D, they can't work in a 3D environment. The other games weren't. SNES gets a pass because it's nostalgic. GBA isn't nostalgic to anyone, it doesn't get a pass. Whether they're downgrades or not is very subjective, but you cannot argue that they wouldn't be like having 5 more SNES Mario Circuit 3s.

And yes, GBA is bad, finally, the rest of the world is catching up. It's been a long time coming. Just like the opinions on DP(not Platinum) They were good for their time, but not now.

SNES Mario Circuit 1 is the worst.
And the Tour cities are not confusing. If my 5 year old brother can handle them, everybody else should be able to. He played them for the first time this Christmas, actually.

Ppl are upset about it? All I've been hearing is how hard the render goes on it...

DK Mountain has good music too, that doesn't mean much anyway because the music was made for Mushroom City first and then applied to Bridge. Same for Mountain, Waluigi Stadium & Peach Beach.

Also from a dev standpoint the Wuhu tracks are shit.

I know some of y'all might like them, but objectively speaking, they're stains on the timeline more likely to be ignored than acknowledged. Same for the old Wario courses; fun for the fans to play, but not fun to make.

Stuff like the ultra shortcuts for example?
You put in several weeks/months of work, just for the track to be completed in half the time intended?
How would you feel as the creator? And Nintendo workers be there for decades. Imagine making a track, failing, making the track again 10 years later, and failing again, 10 years later.

Also they aren't in Tour.

"Mushroom Bridge would've been better" than what? DK Mountain? It might be a prototype, but so is Mushroom Bridge.
