they were already censored in smash which has an age rating of 7 compared to mario karts age rating of 3

Because Xenoblade is actually played by 12+ people. It already has swearing warnings and explicit content warnings.
Smash only has cartoon violence, and bumping up age ratings for a single character would make them lose out on sales.
Also, the ESRB laws changed. You can't even mention M rated games by name in T rated games, it's an automatic rating bump. It's why Dante's Mii doesn't say Devil May Cry, and why Doomslayer's Mii doesn't say Doom. Joker came out before this change, so he was unaffected by it.
All that is toaay that if they needed to censor somethings if they wanted to keep the rating down.

The only thing 10 needs is a good gimmick. Normal Mario Kart has officially peaked with 96 tracks. It's time for the 3D Pokemon phase of Mario Kart.

I'm not sure that that's a must have theming. I'd say an Oriental track would be a must have(Nintendo suddenly remebered that they're a Japanese company in 2013, it feels like. Hands on Hall, Dragon Driftway, Origami King has a whole chapter, Min Min in ARMS, Bowser Kingdom in SMO, Ninja Hideaway...)

Remaking tracks is a good way to get better for sure. Not having to come up with an original concept means you can spend more time making it look nicer, feel better etc.
There's a reason sprite-splicing is where everyone starts with fakemon.

I don't really care anymore abt the new mario partys, bc they're not unique anymore... Look at mario party island tour, mario party 8, mario party 9: they're all specials in their own ways.
And they're also all ass, which is more important than uniqueness, at least to me. Pokemon SwSh were unique Pokemon games, but that didn't save them from being horrible. Also, Jamboree is going to be very unique.
