I don't know this enemy's official name. This circle originates from Syobon Action (Cat Mario), a very hard Super Mario clone. In Syobon Action this riceball is literally Goomba.

I Had An Idea! A Challenge Option To Test The Track! And How Many Points Does It Award You With? None! Although It Isn't Really A Challenge And Also It Gives You Zero Points So I Understand If This Is Rejected As A Challenge Difficulty.

Not an actual BG but a little tip for making your own:
As you may know, most assets in MKPC can be right-clicked and downloaded in case you would like to edit them. This does not apply to backgrounds. So how can you get them? Well simple, right? Just get them from The Spriters Resource! Well yes. Correct - but remember DS backgrounds are custom for MKPC. So if you'd like to edit them, screenshot the bg selection screen and crop that to have the background you'd like to edit. There you go! This doesn't allow for parallax scrolling unfortunately. But still, just thought I'd put this here
