For the people saying changeable cc in Grand Prix, you do know it'd be even harder, right? All the Special cups would be terrible for newcomers.
Here's the Thing. the CPU Never Stop Accelerating. You can Stop. If You set it to 999cc, the CPU will Always Fall Off. You can Just Slow Down. And Stop. And Then Go through the Course.
Except 999 doesn't make sense as a global cc for a Grand Prix? Grand Prixes usually have set rules and stuff. 250 would be the maximum.
And the Cooldowns are Horrible! I was on a Jump on SX Luigi Mansion 3, and a Bob Omb Got Me, Hit Me, then a Blueshell Went flying Emededitlly After the Bob Omb. You get No Cooldowns! This is the Hardest Mario Kart Game!

"Practice makes perfect" you're saying that but I know you'd create this kind of topic too at some point, it'sn not as easy as you pretend it to be, it's nice to see that you are more understanding, but I practiced a lot (even if I gave up fast) back in my snaking times, that doesn't mean it didn't took a lot of time. YES! Finally! Someone understands My Logic! I didn't Copy any Comments. I just Put 2 and 2 Together. That's how I thought N64 Wario Stadium Would get put in the Pass. I thought it would be Accurate, But... After Wave 4, It appears that There is No Sign of the Courses I wanted.
But, I did Geuss N64 Kalimari Desert would get added and DS Waluigi Pinball.

Plus, Their Cooldown between Getting Hit - Okay I'll put it this way, When You are Doing a Course and You hit a CPU with a Red Shell, they get Hit, but if You wait 20 Seconds, they Won't get hit. But if they do that to You, You get Hit. Their Cooldown time is 30 Seconds, Your Cooldown time is 10 Seconds.
