Sometimes this game can throw a lot at you. One second you have a massive lead, the next you're in 6th or 7th with no items.
Also why do spiny shells exist in battle if you only have 1 balloon to start with? The only way to get another balloon is with a mushroom but you rarely ever get those.

Lol I like how you try to get around the "complete mode" condition by doing this, but I honestly doubt that this will be valid. I'll see what the others think, but tbh I dont think it will pass because it can be made in quick mode and no real specific complete mode elements such as cannons and additional deco have been used.

It's not too bad once you get used to it. In terms of natural disasters, the most you're getting is the occasional flood. Summer's still too hot for me but every other season is just rain
