March/Early April: Miitopia
April: Super Mario Sunshine
April or May: Crash Bandicoot 4
Summer 2021: Super Mario Odyssey Nuzlocke (Not really a review, but still an interesting thing I'll be doing. Look up Failboat's video for context and rules.)
2021: Paper Mario Retrospective in honor of Paper Mario's 20th anniversary in the USA. Also Among Us.

In MKWii, I apparently beat the world champion on Luigi Circuit it said
World Champion: 1 min 17 sec
Me: 1 min 16 sec
I think I didn't beat it because of the whole WFC online thing being turned off, thats why it hasn't updated
