I'm bad at MKPC

I don't know the proper uses of almost all the items.
My driving is terrible.
I can't take shortcuts well.
I bump into some corners/obstacles
I get spun out on ALOT of enemies/track hazards.
I run into some items on the track.
I cannot for the life snake properly without going off road or falling off the track.
I get hit by red shells EVEN if I'm holding a shell/bob-omb/poison mushroom/banana peel behind me for some stupid reason.
I come in last place in almost every race in the online mode.
200cc is unplayable.
Man, I really don't know if it's the rather small size of some tracks like Mario Circuit 3, 4 etc or if I need to practice more to become good, but I have a lot of problems with ALL of the above.

1. No it's not. You actually play well in a lot of tracks. ^^
2. There is many shortcuts and you just have to time your mushroom but there is shortcuts like DS Delfino Square where the dock shortcut is a bit hard not gonna lie.
3. That's completely normally, I also bump into walls too sometimes but you don't lose much time and if you do, it's small unless you are hugging the wall too much.
4. Same for number 3, it's normal to accidentally hit enemies. It happens to all of us.
5. The items in the track can be well placed so it can be hard to dodge them and sometimes you don't have any time to even dodge them so it's normal to get hit by them every now and then.
6. Just time your MTs on a straight away and you'll get the hang of it. Just don't snake in thin tracks like SNES Rainbow Road and DS Rainbow Road.
7. Finally someone said something about the red shells. At least I'm not alone and yes I agree, it is very abysmal to just get hit by a red behind you while having a defensive item. The way to dodge them is stop snaking and then the red hit your defensive item.
8. Really? Because I've played with you several items and you almost never come in last so GGs.
9. I disagree, it IS playable at least for most tracks but some tracks IS too thin to be playable sadly and the ramps is also quite broken but yeah, it's not unplayable but some tracks is not fun to play on.
10. Some tracks like SNES Rainbow Road and DS Rainbow Road is thin so you are the only one complaining lol. ^^

Thanks for everything. I've been practicing a bit more in VS & time trials and my skills aren't nearly as bad as I thought.
No problem and your skills is quite good. You sometimes beat the pro players like me every now and then so keep practicing and you can become the best of the best players in the game.

Well if you noticed, i have planned remake all Super Mario Kart Tracks.
Why?, well mainly because im bored xD and at the same time because i love remake tracks.

What is "MKPC Anorexic Road"?

Anorexic Road means tracks that is very thin like really thin and in Mario Kart PC, it is SNES Rainbow Road and DS Rainbow Road. I really hate SNES Rainbow Road to be honest but I like DS Rainbow Road. It's the better of the 2 Anorexic Roads and it's quite fun in Time Trials but in online, you can get bumped off quite easily and your race is over when you play with the pro players.

j'ai eu une coupe de bronze sur la Speciale DS parce que les ordis sont injustes. par là je veux pas dire difficiles mais INJUSTES
Pour une personne normale sans champi, il est quasi impossible de rouler sur la vis tournante du Château de Bowser. Les ordis y arrivent. C'est injuste ! Sur la Route Arc-en-ciel DS, ils ne tombent jamais. Et j'ai galéré pour avoir l'Etoile GBA car ils vont PLUS VITE que moi par défaut, ce que je n'avais jamais vu avant.
Il faut qu'ils puissent suivre les trajectoires les plus optimales... Et aller plus vite !
@Wargor ! Tu peux régler ça ? J'ai failli me suicider à cause de ces fichus IA
edit : Chaque CPU a de meilleurs stats si c'est un IA.
Toad : poids élevé, il a réussi à me pousser de la piste
Peach : maniabilité égalant celle de Daisy
Birdo : a les meilleurs objets, est plus rapide que le joueur
Bowser : maniabilité plus que convenable, plus rapide que le joueur
Roi Boo et Bowser Skelet : ces deux-là trouvent tout le temps le moyen d'être premier à la fin de la course, en utilisant de bons objets et en utilisant Item Place Smuggling. Il est donc fréquent de voir ces deux-là derniers au début du 3ème tour, avoir de bons objets et être très rapides, et lorsque tu te prends une bleue, te dépasser.
Frère Marto : 3 fois dans la GBA Star et 2 fois dans la spéciale DS, quand il s'approche de moi et me dépasse, qu'on en est au 2ème tour, qu'il est 1er et qu'il y a une bleue qui arrive, elle arrive sur moi !!!!!!!!!!!

alors que je suis devenu 6ème entretemps...You just need to get good at the game. Now yes, the CPUs does rubber band but you can get around this. Use Daisy or any custom character with Daisy's stats and try to snake. You can beat the CPUs that way and as for the last cup of the game, yes it is very hard especially the last 2 tracks and yes, the CPUS in DS BC is really stupid. As for the blue shell, yeah targeting 2nd place only is dumb not gonna lie.

Thank you~! ^^ I'm pretty sure it's still anyone's game in the qualifiers... Wazz and I were middle-of-the-pack in an eleven-player room a while back and though Idon't know James as well I'm pretty sure either one of them could pull ahead. As for me - though I rose through the ranks by almost 2000 positions in just a week to the Top 500 (and am almost Top 50 for Balloon Battle!) I'm still a relatively new player compared to Tresjx so I'm kinda scared, but I aprpeciate your encouragement, Ahmad and Enton! Should we ever have the chance to battle it'll be great to know I made it through by facing nothing but the best...

The lakes in GBA Riverside Park and GBA Lakeside Park don't have any hole collision, they just act like more offroad
I know, this is a problem in Lakeside Park because you miss laps, in Riverside your lap still counts so it's fine.
I'm pretty sure this is because of the walls but ig I see what you are saying
Fixing EITHER the walls OR holes would make more laps count on Lakeside
The problem is not that. The problem is that the checkpoints is not extended all the way to the water and only to the grass for some reason and adding holes for Riverside Park would mean that TT records have to be reset and for Lakeside Park, well nothing will change as for TTs but online, the mini water shortcut would be patched.
The mini water shortcut doesn't count the lap 90 percent of the time, also I was just talking about Lakeside, keep Riverside the same.
Yeah, Riverside Park should be kept as it is. Lakeside Park should be fixed by either adding holes to the water or by fixing checkpoints there.

In case you where not aware, I am now helping wargor develop MKPC, Part of main projects is making MKPC PWA app which will mean that MKPC will have a browser app for desktop and mobile phones, however I would like to ask you a question, if an mkpc app is developed, would you like the starting page ( when you launch the app) be the home page or the game itself. Please let me know your opinions!

While this is a good idea, It's kinda not considering Nintendo taking down the website if it get's really popular so it's really risky plus I think the website is already enough tbh but it would be nice to see an app. Also about the app, I think the home page should show first when you start the game in my opinion. ^^

That's amazing MyNintendoGhost. I'm looking forward to this although I would like one thing to be fixed. Make better checkpoints, the last time you had complete mode tracks, some of them didn't work properly so I hope this get's fixed in the new one.

I agree for adding 50cc and 100cc but for 200cc, I disagree because you would be going too fast and the tracks that was made would not work well at all and as for 150cc, that would be the default mode of the game that we played on right now but at the same time, it's not too necessary to add this as it's already good as it is but it's nice to have something different.
