dude what are people's problems with this
The bottom section is really bad tbh, and Mario Kart hops make it so the jump to switch sides quite precise. But it's a decent track to test out time-based overrides.

Depends on what you call edit. If it's just the minimap but have slight changes then no, if it's using the minimap as a base and you draw everything yourself then yeah.

What tracks have not been made?
The List has tracks that are already made as a link you can play, everything else is not. The tracks with a clock icon means someone is either working on it, or they are planning it (the clock list shouldn't be trusted 100%, but some of them have pretty good progress).

The Tracks with the clock icon usually mean someone is working on it but nothing's stopping you (i mean the list isn't that accurate)

In answer to your question: Yes, you can, as long as
1. It has not been made already
2. It needs to be of a very high standard
You can submit a track that has already been made and accepted, and if it's good enough they will decide which one is the better version to include for this multicup.

Hybrid Tracks?

My latest track "Final Colony" is something I call a "Hybrid Track". I essentially took track pieces from Quick Mode and combined them in an editing software, while using Complete Mode in order to fully flesh out the track. This is the current easiest way for me at least to use Quick Mode, given its already established limits.
I used to do this a lot, even having a 16 track multicup, but after a while i realized, these tracks kinda suck. Don't get me wrong, it's far better than quick mode, but factors like turn variaton, turn density, and visual variety are very important aspects when making a track, and most themes just don't fulfill that.

I used the same ruleset as Tox here, no retros and none of the tracks which i have contribution on.
The list will be sorted from number 5 to number one here, so for example, number 5 is the one right below this.
STK2 Bone Piranha Falls by @Starl-
I've barely played any tracks from this guy and he is already impressing me so much. I feel like he has better tracks to offer me but i'm notorious for being the guy that can't load stuff from postimg. This track is has an interesting and fun layout, good obstacles to dodge, and overall very enjoyable track. The music is also a banger but i can't give him too much credit cause he didn't create it.
RHGP2 Heaven and Hell by @RHcks
Haven't played that much from him because the same reason. Though he seems to be the type of person to be improving with every track, don't think i'm missing out on too much. The Hell section of this track is some of the best 20 seconds i have in MKPC. The Heaven section is a bit lacking though since 70% of it is Cloudtop Cruise, but it does enough to stand out from it. The lenght of this track is also holding it back, taking almost 2 and a half minutes in VS mode. Definitely check this track out if you have the time to (which most of you do).
UNK Shuttlethread Pass by @TheNudgyHampter
This is a track that i just really like playing, it's a track that needs getting used to a little, but once you do, it's awesome. It's honestly a great showcase on how 48px road width can make an incredible track if used right, since this track benefits a lot from the thin road width. This track took 7 months to finish (though i'm pretty sure most of that time was spent procrastinating). Stll, go play.
MK5O Creta by Fways
Trying to have a different list to Tox's, i think Dragon's Fortress is better but this is a close second. The fact that this track has no obstacles yet being one of my favorites really says how good the design is (though now i think about it, adding obstacles might ruin the track). I'm a big fan of the music choice here, it sounds incredible. I also love how the map is just... a box. Easy S Tier track here, go try it.
The final one i'm gonna showcase is my personal favorite track, though not the best design wise
TKC Sky Sanctuary by @Kernell
I don't know what it is about this track, but i keep coming back to it at least once every 2 weeks, and I still suck at it.π₯π₯ This track is a really unique take on the sky theme, not making it into another version of cloudtop or sky garden is an rare skill.(even i don't have that power). I really don't know what to say here, as i just think the track is incredible and that's pretty much it. You should really try this track out, it's really fun!!

The Mario Kart Labs: Chapter 2
The MKL2 Multicup is the main project i'm working on, the multicup consists of 24 original tracks span across six different cups, and a lot of different and unique challenges, you can guarantee at least one challenge in every track.
Note: the multicup's average difficulty is higher than most other multicups, don't expect much easy for beginner tracks from this multicup
This topic is gonna be used to announce new tracks releasing, any major updates to a track, or even a mini-update collection. This can also be used for discussion/feedback about this multicup, though i don't really expect any.
As of now, there are four tracks already released and ready to play in the Course List below (click on the track name to access it :3 ) the list it's mostly empty right now but it will get filled up in the future. I'm not showing any track names yet cause some of these tracks are really cool and i want it to be a suprise.
Don't expect me to update this often, i'm not that busy but i take weeks if not months to finish a single track simply cause i want it to be as good as it can be.

Everything but SMK & World is planned I'm pretty sure.
MK8 is also not planned to be in the multicup, because BowserJr03 said "we could always just update the existing mk8 project" but to my knowledge the hosts for it left mkpc so i'm unsure why he would say that.
