When I saw the words "Seaside Street Galaxy" I thought it said "Sesame Street Galaxy" as if Daytona USA once had a Sesame street crossover track (To be fair, I am personally not a fan of said kids show, but I used to watch the clips of it on Youtube when I was a child)
