En ce début d'année 2022, suite au succès de nos deux championnats en équipes officiels, la MKPC Pro League, et la MK(O) Pro League, le staff de Mario Kart PC annonce avec fierté la création d'un championnat officiel pour les FFA: la Coupe Camille! 
Ce nouveau tournoi, qui va s'inscrire dans le compétitif du site, servira à populariser et à développer le lounge (salles de matchs avec classements).

A la fin de chaque journée, les joueurs ayant finis dans le top 8 gagneront un certain nombre de points, appelés points de championnat, qui sont différents des points gagnés en lounge. Ces points de championnat contribueront au classement de la Coupe Camille. Le joueur avec le plus de points de championnat à la fin de la saison sera sacré champion de la Coupe Camille et du mode FFA sur MKPC!

Origine du nom "Coupe Camille":
Avant d'expliquer le format, révélons l'origine de ce nom assez... original? Ce tournoi porte le nom de Camille car à l'origine, la personne qui m'a inspirée à créer le compétitif se nommait @camillebg. Lors de mon arrivée sur le site en début 2016, celui-ci avait tenté d'organiser le premier tournoi à grande échelle sur MKPC. Malgré la hype que cela avait engendrée, personne n'est venu le jour J... Cet échec m'a poussé à lancer mon propre tournoi avec un format 1v1 qui restera populaire pendant 5 ans sur 10 éditions: le MKPC Tournament. Sans le savoir, ce jour là j'avais créé le compétitif sur Mario Kart PC! 
Format du tournoi:
-La Coupe Camille se déroulera sur 4 journées, réparties au rythme d'une journée par mois, de février à mai 2022.
-Chaque journée se déroulera un samedi à une heure précise.
-Il n'y a pas d’inscriptions. N'importe qui peut venir, et quand vous voulez! Si vous ne voulez jouer qu'une seule fois, ou toutes les journées, libre à vous!
-Le jour J, les participants se réunissent environ 15 à 20 minutes avant le coup d'envoi. En fonction du nombre de participants, le FFA peut se dérouler sur un ou plusieurs tours.
-Dans le cas où les participants sont au maximum 8: la journée se déroulera sur un seul tour, avec un groupe unique.
-Dans le cas où les participants sont au moins 9: la journée se déroulera sur au moins deux tours. Au 1er tour, les joueurs seront répartis au hasard dans 2 voir plus de groupes. Les meilleurs joueurs dans chaque groupe avancent au tour suivant, ou la finale, qui se jouera alors sur un groupe unique.

Before explaining the format, let’s reveal the origin of this name quite... original? This tournament is named after Camille because originally, the person who inspired me to create the competition was @camillebg. When I arrived on the site in early 2016, he tried to organize the first large-scale tournament on MKPC. Despite the hype that this generated, no one came on D-Day...
