In my opinion, it would HAVE to be the Blooper. It does a horrible job of obstructing your view, and is literally never useful unless on an extremely twisty track. I do NOT like the Blooper and personally think it is a horrible item.

In all games, and this one also, I hate fake item box. Reason ? A shell or a banana is better because when you put a banana or a shell behind you can't be hurt, but when you put a fake item box, you can be hurt. In MKWii especially, but we don't talk about MKWii. So the fake item box is a item I hate.

Item idea heart: Surrounds your Kart with 2 hearts, allowing you to steal 1-2 items (depending on empty slots) by knocking into other players, or stealing items straight off the road (including the Blue Shell (which you can't steal when its targeting above you)). You can even steal Special Items (other than the Bitsize, which will be recieved as a Golden Mushroom). After stealing someone's item, they're slowed down for a short time, too!
