Is Breath of the Wild good?

My friend has it and he says that it’s really good and i watched some videos on YouTube and its looks pretty cool. But I’m still a bit unsure because i have never played a legend of Zelda game so i dont know if ill like it.

In my opinion, Breath of the Wild is a masterpiece, maybe one of the best Zelda games I've played. But it's an open world, and there's a lot of things to do, so it may be difficult or confusing for you if it's your first Zelda game.
