If you don't know, you can upload a GIF as a character, allowing the character to be animated, even though it becomes a PNG on the website! I know because I made one. Well, I wasn't the creator of Bubsy, but if you look closely at the sprites I drew of him...

oh yes you can upload gif characters,tracks and custom decos but to me it give me more lag and is even worse on online races
