I would say the wingless one because in older mario kart games. and mario kart 7,8 deluxe and tour it can travel the ground and hit people.

I like The Winged Version Better Because I think The Wingless Version Is Kind of Pointless, If the Shell is Only Supposed To go After 1st, but But Hits Everyone On its way to 1st, then that kind of Defeats The whole Purpose of the Item. I'm actually Glad The Winged Version Is Back In Mario kart Live Home Circuit.

The entire point of the wingless version is to keep players on their toes. In MKWii you can just be in 2nd place far behind and think "Oh a blue shell's coming I can just chill" but the wingless version means you have to do something if you don't want to get hit, essentially letting 1st place get ahead by even more.

It helps balance out the race. it reason for it to exist is to prevent u from always being in 1st all the time.

No with my luck, 4 ut of 5 times I get blushelled and it makes me loose, even if it's a toughest racetrack.= and it gets annoying.
