The MKPC rules forum restricts the usage of swear words, mainly banning the higher-tier ones. But as for kids, there is definitely something to be said about teaching them early like Wazz mentioned. Teaching them when they're young means it's easier for them to understand that saying swear words is wrong.

With all seriousness, it's unfeasible to expect this from a community of any significant scale, this one included. If children see it, fine, encourage them not to say it and go on. It's impossible to shield them forever (and it's probably a bad idea to do so anyways), so might as well teach them a lesson about not saying it.
