I'm refering ONLY a downloadable version, the browser version keeps intact...

Its a good idea!
Offline MKPC should be just the game on its own! Because basically everything else on the website uses the internet...
and maybe there could be a feature that downloads custom characters and tracks when your are connected to the internet and saves them so you can use them when offline...

Yep...true, remember that MKPC also works on phones, so an apk should cover that area

Sorry to break the mood, but if we do that, it will be taken down as we released a copyrighted product. Since the Mario Kart franchise is copyrighted by Nintendo, we will be forced to be putted down.
And I think that's why we are not putted down yet: it's because that technically, MKPC works as a "dumb flash game", and not a real product, game on it's own.

In fact, you can easily play MKPC offline by downloading a .webarchive version into your computer
You can then open the .webarchive file and play in Grand Prix, VS Race or Battle...
The only problems with this trick:
- You have to download a separate file for every custom cup/track/battle.
- You can't do this on mobile, only on computer/laptop.
You can then open the .webarchive file and play in Grand Prix, VS Race or Battle...

Like @Ryubix said it, an official downloadable version won't happen
But you can still search how to download an offline for yourself
Nevertheless, playing online is more fun ^^

If we don't release the downloadable version of MKPC on Google Play or App Store, there shouldn't be problems with Nintendo...
