True,not every French person speaks English,but the International Forum Says "English Only",meaning that no matter what language you speak,it should still be english.There's translators to help French,Spanish,and other people to translate to English.
So,Although I agree with this,It still says "English Only".
P.S,I'm not trying to start a debate or argument,just saying my thoughts.
