What websites could I use to change the Colors of SNES Maps?

I want to Make SMK Tracks but with different Colors. But I don't know what Websites allow you to Replace the Colors with another Colors. EG Replacing Choco Island 2's Mud Colors with Water Colors.

you could use an art website like kleki to change the colors of stuff

Use an editor with the "hue" option.

I made it thinner by the way.
I think uploading the SNES maps in Canva would be good. I did that to do... things... with Luigi's clipart in M&L Brothership.

Thanks! That website is really Helpful! The only thing is Redrawing Pixels takes a LONG TIME. But I bet Drawing Pixels on SNES Games wasn't any easier.
