You do realize that the amount of coding and setting up the servers so they work properly could take entire WEEKS, right? If you so desperately want MK8 in MKPC then port MK8 tracks to this site, it's not hard ya know.

Plot twist: Wargor does it... But it's just the original MK8, with no DLC. 
On a more serious note, it would make zero sense for Wargor to waste his time with such a complicated request, when Wii U and Switch emulators exist since YEARS.
Also, just like ChocoM1lk already said, you can use the track builder to recreate MK8...
No need actually, there are already many great MK8 recreations on MKPC like this one, that can be played online.
