Holes update concept

2 new options for the holes option!
1. Freeze hole: When someone falls into one, their character and kart will be frozen in an ice cube for a brief moment.
2. Burn hole: The kart will burn as like they were a meteor. Great for Rainbow Road custom tracks.

Sounds Cool for Two Elements

The burn hole is purely cosmetic, but I kind of like the freeze hole

Burn Hole:
