En fait tous les persos après Link sont débloqués sur les coupes custom, tu peux donc techniquement débloquer Toadette (10 coupes en or custom/20 coupes en argent custom/40 coupes en bronze custom) avant Koopa (1 coupe en or/2 coupes en argent/4 coupes en bronze sur le jeu de base)

You use CTRL, then you press the backwards arrow while constantly pressing left then right arrows. It's kind of complicated, you need to press repeatedly on the three arrows I said, so you won't actually slow down, and you need to produce orange colored drifts. There is no specific character tied to each cup. Characters are always unlocked in this order:
