Sky Garden. The music is great, the visuals are great, it was unique for it's time, it's kind of like a beginner's rainbow road. The remake in tour and 8 deluxe looks nicer but they took out most of the turns which sucks.
Sunset Wilds is also nice since it takes place during a sunset and also has great music. I hate what tour did to it, removing the last two turns to pander to noobs.
