I meant killing bagging would make the intermissions better, not remove the intermissions. The intermissions are worse because of bagging - otherwise ppl would dwvote time to learning shortcuts and stuff like the normal tracks. Only thing is the shortcuts require atleast one shroom normally, or even 3.
I agree, except there's one problem with that; there are no shortcuts. At least, not like the ones on normal tracks; all the shortcuts are just 2-3 mushrooms through offroad, where 3-lap tracks have some crazy stuff. Just look at Great ? Block Ruins
There are still cool shortcuts from time to time. Nobody is labbing them though, and they're extremely situational.
I'm not gonna pretend that they're all super visually exciting compared to the actual courses and a lot of it is very fighting game -esque cuz with 200+ intermissions to memorize they're really just knowledge checks, but they're there.

I actually disagree because I think that if I would frontrun on an intermission (there is no benefit to that) imo that would make it less interesting. Simply put, the intermissions do not have enough interesting gimmicks to make them enjoyable. There are little to no rails and walls to keep players engaged and it is faster to just drive in a straight line. Imo, bagging actually makes it better because it gives the player something to do.

Eh i'd personally say Bagging is fine, but how would Knockout Tour work without the Intermission Routes?
If Knockout Tour does not work without intermission routes, THEN KEEP THEM IN KNOCKOUT TOUR AND NOT ANYWHERE ELSE!
