when idk how to use complete mode RIPPPP

It's pretty simple. You just have to draw the minimap of a track in a drawing app (such as Paint.NET) or website (such as Piskel), import it into MKPC, and then tell the game where you want the walls and off-road and stuff to be. The only somewhat confusing part is the holes and the checkpoints imo
