Well, There was a Time where I Won the Last SNES Grand Prix, but I Bumped Quit Instead of Next. So I didn't Unlock Link.

Yeah. After that, I Knew it was Possible to Unlock Link, So I Kept Trying. And to this Day. I Still Can't Get Him. The Reason is the CPUs Taking Too Many Shortcuts, The Ability to Not Avoid Blue Shells, Too Small of a Track in GV3 and RBR, CPUs Taking More Shortcuts than You, and CPUs Getting More Powerful Items in 1st-8th even Though You don't Get them.

I have the same result but I need four more characters to unlock.
Also it is possible to avoid getting hit by a blue shell with a mushroom if you perfectly timed it. (Stars and Bullet Bills also help but you will get those if you are falling behind.)

I have to be honest right now. The CPU's are STUPIDLY HARD to beat. One wrong move can literally destroy your race if you are not doing reverse drift. Sometimes I get really TICKED OFF with the CPU'S performance.
Also don't you ever say that this is a "skill issue"! That only makes newcomers like me and others who aren't newcomers more mad, especially those who are struggling to unlock all the characters (from Koopa Troopa to Link).

Well what do you want me to say? Skill level insufficiency? Because that's all it is, you just have to be better if you want to beat them. There's no point to getting all the characters anyway.
If I can't Get Link, I can't Make Mario Kart 8 or Super Smash Kart.
You can. The sprites are really easy to get and you can just make a custom character. You're actually better off doing that because you can give him actual good stats

I want to write an essay about this.
"Skill issue" might seem like one of the dumbest things you can say to a frustrated newcomer. It's literally not giving any advice to improve, it's kinda rude, and at the end of the day it is ext inremely unconstructive. Yet, sometimes it's just true that there is genuinely no solution other than to improve. CPUs with snaking might be very hard and frustrating at first, but once you learn the current meta, which is reverse drifting, you won't have any CPU problems anymore. Still, splattering skill issue everywhere is just as tiring as the amount of topics that complain about the CPUs. The skill gap is enormous and we cannot change that.
Also yes, it's quite discouraging to always fail when joining something. Still, it's not terribly bad neither.

I'm a new player to Mario Kart PC, but I find the AI very hard in Grand Prix. I would even say it's way harder than MK64 AI.
