That’s not how it works. Flabebseth says that submissions are in and then someone says it, and the first person who says a name, that name will be selected by Flabebseth.

As the others have explained, I will make a post every day saying something like "Submissions are on now" and then the first person to respond with a nickname, I will use that nickname. After that, submissions don't start until I make that post the next day. I'm slightly annoyed I have to write this because it's ALL IN MY ORIGINAL POST.
